R31 Wireless Adapter Driver Update

#1 Post by Takeda » Thu May 22, 2014 7:02 am

Does anybody know if there is a wireless adapter driver available that will give the adapter WPA security key capability?

AFAIK, no.

Why not just upgrade to a newer wireless card...Intel 2200BG comes to mind...

Thank you George! Do you have an IBM/Lenovo P/N for this wireless card?

You're welcome.

There's a hundred different FRUs for those cards, but you can most certainly pick one up for $5 or so either in the forum's Marketplace or on feebay...

Happy shopping.
