NEED HELP ASAP!!! Docking Station/Laptop not conjunct!!!

#1 Post by GTFan513 » Wed Jun 08, 2005 9:42 am

Ok heres my situation...I have a IBM R50, with a top of the line Docking Station, and I put my R50 on it today when it was in standby mode, locked it in place like I do almost every day and proceeded to turn in on....I did that and neither the Docking Station nor the CPU are recognizing each other, and its locked in place with no way to pop it out, I have the key in the side of the docking station and pressed on the button that is supposed to pop it out and nothing is happening. I have made sure the laptop is securely in the station and everything is plugged in and some of the port replicators are working, such as the battery, and speakers...but others arent, from what I can tell! I need help! Is there a manual way to undock it? Any Advice?!?
