Rest in peace A22m

My neighborhood metal recycling place had this piece of junk A22m.

Should I feel bad that I didn't save it?

I could've used it for parts.

I've got two of them, it was my the first "modern" computer I was able to call my own, back in 2004. Definitely not without its quirks, but I'm a sentimental fool sometimes.

It had a case crack on the back right corner and no ultrabay drive, and the right arrow key was loose. Rusty with possible water damage.... I saw a flooded compaq, poor thing, but the a22 had some protection by an aluminum sheet. If it's still there if/when i'm back, you might get your spare parts.

I did pick up some good ddr2 sodimms from an HP mini desktop though, pc2-640 800 mhz, two 2Gb sticks. If I ever have a T61....

Looked dusty but not smashed. A20's are interesting machines, I have a few.
