A31P white listed bios?

Hi all

I've recently rebuilt an old A31p because I needed an xp laptop with a DVD drive and a floppy drive, it currently has an ibm wifi card in that isn't great, I'd like to fit a better card but the ones I've tried give me the 1802 error, so is there a bios out there somewhere than can get around this?
