Z60m replacement screen
Z60m replacement screen
Hello,
I've got a dirt cheap titanium Z60m ($6), but it has its screen smashed. What are the options for this one? Will a screen from R61 or T500 work with Z60m?

According to Thinkwiki, yes you can. https://www.thinkwiki.org/wiki/TFT_display
Thinkpad4by3's Law of the Universe.
The efficiency of two screens equally sized with equal numbers if pixels are equal. The time spent by a 4:3 user complaining about 16:9 is proportional to the inefficiency working with a 16:9 display, therefore the amount of useful work extracted is equal.

All of the above, and everything ThinkPad-based 15.4" in between...so yes, you've got quite a few options available.

Re: Z60m replacement screen
The only problem's name is availability when it comes to decent shape. It's the likes of $80 with shipping :S
