Thinkpad Z61T Palmrest for Z60T?
I'm trying to get a Palm Rest for my Z60T, but i'm unsure about some of the listings. Some say Thinkpad Z60T/Z61T, and I really don't know if the Z61T's palm rest will fit. So I want to know if anyone's tried this out, and if it works perfectly. Thank you!

All TP's will take the same parts if in the same size class and generation.Obsolete Collector wrote: ↑Sun Feb 25, 2018 5:43 pmI'm trying to get a Palm Rest for my Z60T, but i'm unsure about some of the listings. Ex. 14" T4x will fit each other

Yeah TPs have been able to swap parts for forever. All the following TPs can change most if not all parts with eah other.Obsolete Collector wrote: ↑Sun Feb 25, 2018 6:38 pmReally? Well, that's good to know for my ThinkPad collecting then. Thank you for that tip!

No, I just mean each one is compatible within its own group. At that point no need to waste vertical space.RealBlackStuff wrote: ↑Mon Feb 26, 2018 6:51 amReally? I assume he meant that each of these has interchangeable parts within the series, not between them...

Yes.
/= interchangable partsbetween models
, = interchangable parts only within its own series.

I live in Roxboro, but work on Hillsborough Rd in Durham.
Have tons of Z60 and 61T parts. What are you looking for?
My long time personal machine was a Z61t just about maxed out. The Ti cover still has the factory plastic attached via double sided tape.
