IMB support number?

I have an R40 that has a series of 4 beeps 4 times, still not sure what to do, does IMB have a support number?

On http://www.ibm.com, choose Support and Downloads.

In the Find Resources section, choose Support Phone Numbers / Contacts.

In the Technical Support section, scroll down to ThinkPad.

If your interested the 4x4 relates to the security chip on the board, possibly resulting in a new system board being required.

I found a company that sells new security chips, so i might order one and find some one that knows how to solder...unless I can find a replacement board for a resonable price
