Recovery CD

Can anyone assist me with a recovery CD for an R40 2722-B4M? I want to change my HDD and think that $82 for a CD that I reckon should be supplied is a bit rude. I am in Australia.

If your old drive was broken, you would get a new drive along w/ recoveries......
