G40 voltage

hi, i have a g40 laptop with a pentium four along with 512mb ram, im soon to be putting 98se on it but the thing is i dont have any 16 volt 4 pin chargers which is bad, i used a straw the owner gave me from the lapotp, it worked with 19v well but it was probably overheating, so incase i do have a 4pin 18/17/19 volt charger whats the max voltage for the g40? reply if you know, thanks
