A22e won't boot

I get the screen where it tells you the bios, what's happening with memory, an odd line where it says for evaluation only not for resale.
I can not get into CMOS nor can I get the temporary boot device list.
the beeps are one long two short, which is supposed to mean the video. I unhooked the LCD from the main board and hooked up to an external monitor, got same screen same beeps. I have removed the memory I put in and replaced it with the original smaller memory card. I have removed the hard drive and battery. I checked out the hard drive on another computer. it won't boot my desktop computer, says wrong bios, but reads okay.
