A31 bios upgrade

[IBM A31 & 600E]

probably been asked before, i think i need to upgrade my bios, 2652-j5u, want to install INTEL pro wireless card, i currently have the following bios

1GET30WW

looked at IBM sites and want a second opinion before updating. so if you know what is the latest bios for an IBM A31, thanks for your help

i believe the latest bios is 1GET40WW, forgot to ask if i need to update previous lower versions first or just this one thanks
