how to change hinges on A30?

basically i cant figure out how to take the darn thing apart! i got the LCD apart but the bottom part of the computer .. cant figure it out.. :)

1.13GHZ 15" 512mb 40 gig hard drive Thinkpad A30 (dual batts... looking to upgrade/supplement the hard drive with a 80gig 5400rpm model
