Changing a hard drive in a T23

Help can anyone tell me how to locate and tell me how to take the old drive out Just recently changed a drive in a compaq presario but cant seem to be able to find it in my T23

Download your Hardware Maintenance Manual from IBM, and you will get step-by-step instructions on how do completely disassemble your T23. (See FAQ)

If your "Thinkpad" button works, use it. Click "enhancements" under "Thinkpad features". The first item is "Upgrading the hard disk drive". The item contains relatively detailed instructions, including a little animated feature.

If the "thinkpad" button doesn't work, search your hard drive for "Master.chm" which is the IBM "access help" file and contains the information above.
