t22 THINKPAD button trouble

hi ive just aquired an Thinkpad T22 1.1Ghz with CDRW Model 2476 and im running windows 2000 professional

the thinkpad button on the keyboard doesn't work although the volume keys do. does anyone know how to fix this problem.????
