I have IBM® Thinkpad® R50e series laptop. My laptops keyboards
"ScrLk" key was very hard. I went to IBM™'s servicing centre. I shocked to know the respective person who entertain Thinkpad releted problems
was unavailable. I went by today morning 10:30 am. I asked receiptionist that i have to e-mail to IBM® about this . The receiptionist asked me to
take sit.
I went upstair's where is Thinkpad® servicing centre. There was 1 engineer. I told him about the problem. He went inside the workshop and
returned my Thinkpad just in 15 minutes. I saw the keyboard layout was
totally changed. The engineer replies, yes we replaced a brand new
box pack keyboard. Wooooooooooooo..It was awesome. The new keyboard layout is "US English" style. Before , it was "UK Style" which
was difficult to use. They also replaced a new Trackpoint® .
Cool. Just i said "Thank you IBM® !
