Intelli Mouse not saving wheel settings!

This might be an OS issue but its driving me crazy. Everytime I boot up my mouse scroll settings are limited to one line. I reset it through the mouse properties, however, it happens again - everytime. Any thoughts? TIA

That's definitely a driver/utility issue. See if there is an updated driver available for you mouse that hopefully resolves this bug.
