Has anyone seen this message appear after returning from STANDBY on an A31p with XP Pro?
Could it be associated with the latest BIOS or embedded controller firmware?
All suggestions are welcome.

Preparing to standby...
I don't have any form of docking station. This message just appears ONE TIME after I exit STANDBY (by pressing the Fn key) to return to normal operation, and the machine re-enters the STANDBY mode. I then press the Fn key again and the machine returns to normal operation and is OK until the next return from STANDBY, when the sequence repeats.
The STANDBY and HIBERNATE functions have always behaved well until recently. I can only guess what has triggered this behavior.
