Temperature on a Z60t

I think that the temps are not shown up correctly, at least its a pretty unusual pattern. Right now i have a intel 360, so there is no speedstep, yet my idle temps range from 43C to 30C holding the room temp constant. My 550 and the new 930 in the desktop only wary by 1-2C at idle, does anyone else have these weird temp jumps?
