Hi!

I just bought a Z60m 2531 and I am very happy with it overall. My problem is this:

I connect my external monitor and try to create a "Display Scheme" with the "Presentation Director". Then I choose some rather high resolution settings, with or without the ThinkPad LCD. But I allways get an error message, typically something like this:

"The following settings cannot be applied properly. Please change the settings and try again.
Thinkpad LCD
Resolution
Color Quality"

I have tried many configurations. The Configuration I would like is 1600*1200 on the external monitor and blank on the thinkpad LCD or extended desktop.

Can anyone help me here? I was talking to IBM support for over 30 minutes, but the woman I talked to seemed to know nothing about the subject.

I use a mini dock and my external moitor is a Dell 20" LCD that supports 1600*1200.
