R40 - Clear Plate with Bluetooth part number

Hi, I'm looking to add a bluetooth modem daughter card to my R40 but I'm struggling to find the part numbers for the front and rear clear plates for the LED icons. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I'm not sure. But I added bluetooth to my R51 and changed the clearplates by purchasing them from this seller:

He seems to have them for several thinkpads. Might want to contact him.
