Can I replace 500 Mhz CPU in A20m w/ 1Ghz CPU same FSB speed

I was wondering if there is any faster CPU I can replace the 500 Mhz CPU I have in my A20m 2628 - 2DU.

lets bump this back to the fore. I have an a20m 2628-2du with the PIII500 and would like to install the 1gig. I have gotten a quote for a mobo/cpu combo that i know will work, but it is only 800mhz. What is the deal with doing this upgrade? any help would be greatly appreciated
