Have you tried shutting down completely wait a few seconds then press f11 at startup? Have you reformatted or anything major lately.

Thanks for the reply....KYOCERA

I already done it a couple of times but the last time i got error from it. It is still enable on the bios start but i was not able to access it. I install XP pro from different CD thinking it can solve the problem or i can enable it.

The above link does not cover R32... Tried F3 but failed...Any other ideas??

Is it possible to edit and replace my XP Pro product key???

If you installed XP from a retail/oem cd, you probably wiped out your HPA :( , so you no longer have the recovery partition to work with. You will need to get the recovery CD's.

The recovery partition is on a hidden partition. It still exist but disable as i saw it when i installed the retail CD. I still see the IBM_Service partition thru Partition Magic. Any suggestion?

It's out of warranty now so i won't be able to get the Recovery CD. I'm planning to buy a larger HDD, is it possible to transfer that service partition to the new HDD? Like putting it 1st as a 2nd HDD then copy it then swap it after.

If you check the IBM web site I think there is a floppy you can download to boot into the R&R environment.

R&R doesn't apply.

Try this.

Yes, I know the R32 isn't listed. Try it anyway.

   PROBLEM SOLVED

I recovered the Product Recovery after i run the repair disk from IBM. My old C: became Hidden and it wipe-out my last partition where i kept my documents and pictures. But it's small price to pay rather buy a new retail OS...

Thanks again to both of you>>>> KYOCERA and SeanM....
