R50p: can I upgrate the CPU to a Centrino 755 (SL7EM)

Hi,
I have a r50p with a Banias CPU 1.6. mPGA-479M.
Can I upgrade to a Dothan 2.0 CPU 755 400 Mhz (SL7EM)?
Anyone did this?
