advice on adding memory to Z60M

I have a Z60M with only 512mb memory, and would like to add another gigabyte of memory. All I know is that it takes DDRII (not sure but I think they are 533 mhz bus.)
Should I just head over to newegg and look for something that is CAS 2-3 in 533 DDRII -200pin SO-Dim?

Search for a stick with matching speed and latencies.
