OK ..here is another question...I just bought a A21M on Ebaywith a 12 inch display. Is it possible to switch the 15" display onto the one with the 12"?

You should read another thread about a guy having purchased a 15" screen designed for A31p

for A31 that had 14".

Thanks all for the replies...that is why I enjoy this forum so much...lots of good ideas and advice. I am gonna check on the video cards of both units and if they are the same I figure I really have nothing to lose but my time .
BTW update: I have since found an error on the original A21E at boot...188 Bad CRC2....Its dead:(

UPDATE:
this looked like it would work... cables were the same number...displays were same number...only problem was that the case sizes were about 1/4 to 3/8 inch different, so I did not even try it.
