Anyone have a source for these cards? Apparently they are out in the Dell and Fujitsu computers already.

Yes - I'm curious as to the only source being a Spanish telco. No US sources are selling yet. Although two PCMCIA cards are available - the embedded module is still not sold to the retail channels.

Is the card still being reviewed by the government?

This, according to Business Care Sales, is the official launch date of the T60 Series with UMTS / EDGE support. No Machine Type was available yet. The guy knew exactly what I was talking about because I was the fourth person to ask this question in less than a week.
