A22m parts

I know that on the A series you have to replace the MB and LCD cable to use different screens, but thought I'd ask to see if I can get some details. I about to receive an A22m with a broken screen so I figured as a project machine. So I figured I'd be better off replacing the screen with something larger, such as the 14.1" LCD.

What would you guys recommend? What can I top the machine out with? What I know is that the MBs are BX chipsets so, the max RAM is 512Mb, and the biggest screens were the 15", but those require a new screen structure as well as keyboard bezel. Other than, that I know a lot less about these things than the T2x series. Any help or just general comments would be greatly appreciated.
