Another A21m problem

Hi,

I have purchased thinkpad A21m 2826-GTU on ebay. The laptop would power up to BIOS screen, stay for few minutes and the screen goes blank. The machine doesn't shuts down completely, because I can hear fan running. When I plug in battery and disconnect AC, it will do cycles of constant rebooting

Any advice is appreciated
