Thinkvantage software install

#1 Post by vertigo » Tue May 09, 2006 6:05 am

Hi everybody. First i hope you'll forgive my poor english but i'm from france so... :))

i just got my Z60m this noon. well my question is how to reinstall Access Connections because i just uninstalled it to allow me to use the windows connection manager. indeed it seemed that there were conflicts between the two programs. but apparently i can't activate the bluetooth anymore...

can anybody help me?

thanks

First of all, you can probably re-install Access Connections using the installation tool thing which should be buried in a menu somewhere.

Secondly, the problems between Windows Wireless Zero Config (a dumb name if i may say so) and Access Connections can be alleviated by disabling Zero Config. This can be done in Control Panel --> Administrator Tools --> Services (Wireless Zero Config will be in the list).

The original of Access Connections is in the following folder on my hard drive. You just need to double-click on setup.exe to install.

C:\IBMTOOLS\drivers\CONWIZ\
DKB
