Booting from a memorystick (m-systems diskonkey) on G40

Hi,

I own a G40 I bought 3 years ago (type-model - 2388-3sg if it says anything to anybody) and wondered if it's possible to boot it from my diskonkey. I upgraded the bios to the latest (march 2006), but still it doesn't work.
I succeed booting with the diskonkey on my desktop. so the problem is the G40.
