R40 mini pci modem

I quickly bought this item but not sure it will work. It said compatible with R40, but I noticed some R40 models are different. I saw that there is the main and aux cable to be connected, but this one looks like it only has one connection for a cable, plus the wider part that fits into the motherboard.

Any info would be appreciated. Either way it was only $10.

EDIT: I went ahead and assumed that it wasn't correct since I didn't see the Main and Aux on the card. I bought this one which states that it's the correct model, and at the very least it looks right.
