Intel 2915 a/g/n

#1 Post by vital-analitix » Fri May 12, 2006 12:45 am

Hello

In our country the Intel 2915 a/b/g is at present not available but the later model, the 2915 a/g/n (WM3B2915AGNAXF) is.

A few questions here:
- what is the difference between the a/b/g and a/g/n (I have a b card presently and my router works on b)?
- will it plug in the same as the a/b/g? (assuming I will need the no 1802)

edit: Or should I hunt around for the "old" model?

thanks in advance

802.11n is the newer protocol and is supposed to be even faster than 802.11g

If you can get that so that your laptop is futher future proofed.
