How to reset this?

I think everyone knows that Fn + Spacebar is to enable the FullScreen Magnifier function. But when i press that 2 buttons, instead of fullscreen, it becomes smaller. Why? I don;t understand why. I checked the screen size and nothing is wrong. BTW: mine is 1024 times 800.
