I just finished performing a fresh install of Windows XP on my new z61t. Everything went smooth and all drivers are installed.
I noticed something though, my power scheme used to have ThinkPad Recommended or something like that before the clean install but now I don't have it anymore.
Currently I have only the followings:
Maximum Performance
Maximum Battery Life
Timers Off (Presentation)
Power Source Optimized
Power Off Display
I even tried installing the Power Management software from Lenovo site but no luck. Anyone have any recommendation?
