Upgrading LCD screen

I have Thinkpad G41, originally with XGA screen, GeForce FX Go5200 64MB AGP 4x, but I would like to upgrade to SXGA or SXGA+ panel. Do you guys think this panel will fit to my Laptop – straight up, without any modifications?

15"XGA LG(no dead pixels), P4 3.06GHZ, 1MB L2, 512MB RAM, GeForce FX Go5200 64MB, HDD Hitachi 40GB 5400RPM
