Problem with A20m

I am having a hard time with my A20m. Cannot boot from any way. When I do turn on the macnuine the IBM Think Pad icon shows up and after I have a three flashing and the second screen is the
Press F! for IBM.....
or Press for temporaly boot....
Doesn't matter what I do this is the end of my pos.
The IBM ThinkPad screen coming back and no BIOS and if I try to go to the temporaly...the three flashing coming back and we are agin in the strat screen.
Please if anybody has any idea how I can pass this problem help me.

I had that problem today. I had to installed a new CPU but I didnt check if I had put it in properly. I turned on my laptop and nothing showed up on my screen. So than I took it apart agin and reput the CPU and when I turned it on again this time it worked.
