Battery indicator stays orange after 100% full charging

Hi, my laptop is A31p series. Type 2653H5U. The problem I am having is the battery indicator will stay as orange even though the battery is already 100%.

What is the problem with my laptop? Is it the battery or the laptop itself has somekind like problem?
