A31p turn off by itself when using the second battery

I bought a second battery that I put in the ultra bay slot. My laptop always turns off by itself when the ultra bay battery already 0%, instead of making a transition to the main battery.

when I try to turn it on, the system doesn't want to turn on until I remove the ultra bay battery.

Anybody knows what the problem with this?
