Grainy screen on z60t

#1 Post by achenm » Fri Aug 18, 2006 10:15 am

I just got a new z60t. It's great, except that the screen appears a bit grainy, like a photo made on high speed film. Anyone else have this issue/have any suggestions?

Are the colours set to 32-Bit? Windows dithers the display on 16-bit and it is more evident on some panels than it is on others.
760ED All the way.

FEEL THE BURN! From the bottom of that particular laptop... right in the bawsack! eek

Yes, I already changed the colors from 16 to 32 bit. It fixed the pixelation of grays in firefox, but not the general screen graininess.

Are you certain that you have it set for the correct resolution, WXGA (1280x768)?
