R50p, upgrading CPU possible?

Hi,
I have an r50p and cpuz 1.36 report that the installed CPU is an:
Intel Pentium M Banias Socket 479mPGA 1.6Ghz with a FSB of 400Mhz.

Anyone know if it is possibile to updagre this cpu with a Pentium M 755 sSpec Number SL7EM ?
I think the 755 is a Dothan CPU. Is suitable for my notebook?
