Thinkpad on a wall

#1 Post by Gabox » Thu Aug 24, 2006 4:10 am

Hi!

I have noticed that if i open my z60m in 180 degree, i could maybe hang it on a wall.
That would be awesome, because it would save space in my room, and it would be much more healthy to my neck, because i could take it to eye line.

Is this possible somehow?
Are there factory support?

thanks, and sorry about my poor english.

Welcome to the Thinkpad Forums :)

I will move this to the Z60 Forum as it really belongs there instead.

I don't know, wouldn't it just be easier to wallmount an LCD and attach it plus a keyboard and mouse to the Z60? It would be kind of hard to type on it wouldn't it? ;) :)

Although it *is* possible to wallmount laptops opened as such.

I met someone who looks a lot like you.
She does the things you do.
But she is an IBM.

sounds like a good idea if you'd be standing in front of the wall- but anything else would kill your back and neck. i never open my thinkpads 180 degrees, i get nervous..
