Z60M heat

#1 Post by Gabox » Thu Aug 24, 2006 5:59 am

Hi!

I have a 6 month old Z60M, with a 2.0 GHz Intel Centrino CPU, and an Intel 915GM VGA card inside.

Here is a pic from the back of the Z60M:

You can notice the bubbles on the IBM decal. I guess it's caused by the heat, the machine produces.
I'm little bit worring about that, because i don't use the machine in extreme conditions.
Is this considered normal?

That is definitely very bizarre. I suggest giving IBM-SERV a call.

I use my Z60m over my lap, and I never burn myself. In summer 28-35º Celsius.
