Alt-tab won't work on A31p

#1 Post by rajm » Thu Aug 31, 2006 9:18 pm

I reinstalled Windows XP from scratch and installed most of the drivers from Lenovo's website. However, when I press alt-tab it does not switch the window. To change the window I have to press alt-tab and then enter to open it. Usually, just alt-tab does the trick. How do I fix this?

CAUSE
This behavior can occur if the OSK is in Click mode. Using ALT+TAB to switch between open windows works only when the OSK is in Hover mode.

RESOLUTION
To work around this behavior, either change the OSK to Hover mode or click the program icon on the Windows taskbar to switch to the appropriate window.

To change the OSK to Hover mode: 1. On the Settings menu in the On-Screen Keyboard window, click Typing Mode.
2. In the Typing Mode dialog box, click Hover to select, and then click OK.

*Hope this works*
