Z61m: Screen always highest brightness after boot?

Hi

Have two A31p's and today got a Z61m model 94515CM. Everytime I boot the machine the screen goes to full brightness. With the A31 it would "remember" the brightness setting.

Is this a normal behaviour these days for these machines?

Just a thought -- the brightness setting of the current power scheme may be set to full?

Need to create a new duplicate scheme that does have my preferred brightness setting.
