Fingerprint porblem

I have just bought new Lenovo Thinpad Z61m. This notebook is very cool. Especialy the fingerprint, but I have a little problem with using it. When I log on windows with fingerprint everything is ok, but I would like to log on everywhere with it. For example to the Bank, this site, or e-mail. Is it posible? Should I have the same password?
