Fan does not spin

Hello

My R31 CPU FAN does not spin.

testing out case working 5V.

Fan switch control ok 5 V.

but inserting Fan does not spin. and testing voltage swith with fan inserting 0.19 Volt..

whats the problem...

Sounds like a broken fan. Not sure of your test setup. That kind of voltage drop and no fan running would tell me something was wrong with the fan.

Im buying the new Fan and working testing with 5v adapter.

But insert the fan on the case switch nothing spin. CPU hardly heating.

Fan switch testing with multimeter and the red cable 5V ok. but inset the fan switch red cable voltage testing 1.19 volt and does not working the fan.(does not spin).

and a old fan and new fan both testing other on board R31 working.

WAOOWW.
My machine freeze and power hold 4 seconds and shut down. Restart but nothing in the machine standby mode (or Suspend)

Please help me My thinkpad does not start and a new fan does not spin. CPU heating hardly. no beep no sound no LCD. No boot, no insert the bios.

Testing with multimeter SPO135-1R2 inductor. 1.72 volt.
4884 and 4894 mosfet no blow..

battery charging ok. Full charge normall. and charging process normal.

Battery voltage 12.36 volt.
Cmos battery 3.2 volt (new)

please help me.
