Problem with Cisco VPN 4.6 software and network on R51

Working on a TP R51 (2200bg wirelelss.) All the latest drivers and Windows Updates (even the recently released Wireless drivers.)

When I install the Cisco VPN v4.6 software all my networking functionality goes away (wired and wireless) It's like it doesnt even exist (networking).

When I uninstall and reboot it works fine. By the way the only way I can uninstall is in SafeMode and not regular windows.

I messed up earlier and installed version 4.0 earlier and that installed fine and networking was functioning fine.

I need to get 4.6 working, any ideas?
