Access connections error code 015??

One of my thinkpad G41's at work is giving me trouble. The wireless is no longer working. The radio is on, but for some reason when you try to connect it says radio is off do you want to connect? I say yes and it keeps saying the same thing. Then it just tells me the connection is disconnected and do I want to fix the problem...I say yes and it comes back with error 015, radio is turned off!! I went into hardware devices and deleted the wireless adapter and re-booted and let it re-install, that didn't help. Has anyone seen this and know what is causing it??
