What keyboard did R31 and/or A30 have? Alps or NMB?

Hi,

anyone know what manufacturer keyboards were used in the Thinkpad R31 and A30?

The FRU parts in my old Thinkpads were:

R31 - 02K5994

A30 - 02K5972

Both German keyboards.

I first got a Chicony with my new R52, which I exchanged with an NMB, but it still doesnt feel "right".

Any infos appreciated.
