Ricoh Card Reader @ Z60m

#1 Post by zaratustra » Sun Dec 31, 2006 9:21 am

I have Z60m with 3in1 Ricoh Reader and I bought SonyEricsson k750i with Memory Stick Duo few days ago. After I spent a half an hour trying to get the card work @ Gentoo 2.6.18 kernel, i surrendered my ego and booted up a WinXP, put the card in laptop, and nothing happened. Now I wonder is it compatibile anyway?

Does the card fit in there correctly? I wasn't aware the Ricoh reader worked with Memory Stick Duo.

Assuming it does however, is the device enabled in your device manager? That would make a big difference. As soon as you stick in a card, it should come up as though you just plugged in a USB HardDrive.

I don't believe it can do Memory Stick Duo, just Memory Stick, MMC, Secure Digital.
